Last week in L.A. was so great! The weather, the food, the shopping was all amazing. I packed for it to be in the 70s and we get there and it was almost 90 degrees! But we still walked around (in our way too hot black jeans) and explored all of the areas. In this post I will touch on my favorite areas of LA and then later I will do an LA food guide – my favorite part of traveling is the food!
West Hollywood– Home to the famous Melrose. Melrose Pl is the popular tree-lined street that has stores like Chloe, Isabel Marant, and The Row. Alfred’s Coffee is also here and its where we went every morning for my favorite almond milk cappuccino… yummm! Then, you can walk further onto Melrose Ave for shops like Reformation and the best vintage shop called Decades.
Beverly Hills– Our hotel was in Beverly Hills and was walkable to Rodeo Dr. Such a pretty area with every designer shop imaginable. Plus a Barney’s next door- can’t beat that! This area has the prettiest palm tree lined streets and is worth walking around the neighborhood behind Rodeo.
Venice- This LA trip was my first time venturing to Venice and I loved it! Abbot Kinney is here with lots of coffee and cute shops. It is also right on the beach. Pretty much hipster paradise.
PS- sorry Im wearing the same jacket in these pictures… boring I know. Im also so LA holding my green juice lol.
