Los Angeles Outfits + City Guide

I recently got back from Los Angeles where I went for a mini birthday trip. I wanted to share some outfits I wore and some spots that I loved throughout the city!

Food, and more Food

Chi Spacca | I saw this spot on Netflix’s ‘Mind of a Chef’ and immediately added it to my ‘to go’ list in my notes. The food is authentic Italian and the focaccia is a must order! The chef went to Italy for weeks just to master this one dish – amazing!

Kali | Modern (and pretty) California food. We went here on our first night and it was a great start to the trip.

Gracias Madre | Vegan Mexican food that you cannot tell is vegan one bit! Fun atmosphere with a nice patio.

Nobu Malibu | This is always my favorite meal when I am in LA. Make sure to go during the day to be able to see the water and avoid the traffic to Malibu- I’ve made the mistake of going in the dark before! Bonus- if you’re a celebrity seeker, there’s a good chance you will see someone eating here.

The Beverly Hills Hotel | I know, I know stereotypical. But it’s cute and the McCarthy salad is really good.

Shopping (Besides Rodeo)

Maxfield | A curated boutique of everything from Chanel to Off-White. It’s fun just to go see the decor and statues outside.

Chanel Robertson | Rodeo drive can be pretty crowded so head to the much quieter Chanel boutique on Robertson. It’s much nicer anyway!

Melrose Pl | You’ve probably all heard, or have been to, Melrose Pl. but I had to throw it in because it’s one of my favorite streets to shop. It’s just so pretty and relaxing. The Chloe and The Row boutiques are my favorite to pop in to. This is also the location of the infamous Alfred’s Coffee.

James Perse | I think I saw maybe 20 of these stores throughout LA. The decor is so good – modern beachy. They make the best t-shirts and I picked up a soft light grey cashmere sweater. The Melrose and Malibu locations were the best (I seriously walked in about 10 of their stores ha).

Violet Grey | I’ve heard about this store for ages and finally walked in- I’m glad I did! Violet Grey is a small, curated beauty boutique with only the top products. I could have stayed and talked about makeup for ages with their salesperson. They carry everything from Charlotte Tilbury to French brands you’ve probably never heard of before.

Olive and June | This is the nail salon you have seen all over Instagram. It’s adorable and has a great color selection. They were extremely friendly!

Head over to the Shop My Instagram page to se more LA outfits!
