I decided to combine my makeup routine with this outfit post- I’m not one to go in a pretty bathroom and shoot closeups of me putting on makeup ha! In these pictures, I wore my normal makeup that is super simple and only 7 products!

I start with Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Foundation – a water based foundation. I like water based foundations because they never look cakey and it makes your skin a little dewey. I apply it with a beauty blender, day or night. I follow with Chanel’s concealer. I have been using this for years. It is buildable enough to cover bags under eyes, but also easily spreads for other areas on your face. Best part about this concealer is that lasts all day- seriously!

For my eyes, I like neutral colors with very black mascara and a feline flick eyeliner. I do my baby feline flick every day with the Stila liquid eyeliner. This eyeliner is my tried and true. It will last all day without smudging and I have found to be the easiest to apply. A lot of people ask me how I do my winged eyeliner and I always say ‘Youtube’! It takes practice and watching a lot of videos.

Also, Chanel eyeshadow is the bomb. It is the best quality eyeshadow I have found. Their colors are spot on and not too glittery! Plus, the quad packaging is perfect for travel and not overwhelming with too many colors. I’ve finished this product and repurchased several times.

Adding some pink- Neutrals for the eyes and light pink for the accents. The Nars blush in ‘orgasm’ is a cult favorite because it is flattering on everybody. I especially love it in the summer because it goes well with a tan. For lips, I can’t shy away from light pink. I always always wear light pink or pink/nudes. Here, I am wearing Laura Mercier lipstick in 60’s Pink.

Lastly, I don’t wear contour much during the day but I will add this in my routine for night. I have tried so many bronzers, contours, and highlighters. I think I have bought every single one in Sephora. This Charlotte Tilbury one is hands down the best! It is the only one that hasn’t looked orange on my pale skin. Reviews say it is really good for all skin tones. I use this to contour my cheekbones and as a bronzer.

In case you missed it, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is still going on! It will be open to the public on the 21 and is open to cardholders now. See my picks here.
